Students must reside within our school zone or be approved through School Choice.

What Parents Will Need to Register:

Proof of Residency (must include parent/guardian name and in-zone address):

     • Current rental contract (within the school year)

     • Most recent electric or water bill (dated within 30 days of enrollment)

Formal Birth Certificate

Parent/Guardian ID

Florida Immunization Record (Form DH680 or DH681)

School Physical (completed within one year of August 2026)

Copy of most recent report card (showing promotion or retention)
